Green Tea

Green Tea is know for it's health properties, uplifting refreshment and delightful flavor. Premium green teas are made from hand picked tea leaves with a special emphasis on collecting the young tender tips, or buds, of the tea plant. The fresh leaves are quickly dried to preserve the flavor and bright green color.

There are many different, grades, or qualities, of green tea and many different processes for drying the tea. Some teas like Gunpowder are had rolled into small pellets during the drying process.
